Integrated Health Management Services is a leader in revenue-cycle management, helping hospitals nationwide to optimize their revenues and reduce bad debt. Their comprehensive approach—from patient eligibility to billing and claim payment reconciliation—helps hospitals operate more efficiently and collect payments faster.
Collaborating with Noble Media in developing the brand story, Burick designed, developed and managed the visual aspects of the rebranding and core messaging by developing marketing tools that communicated the IHMS business in a way that authentically resonated with their customers.
Research and interviews with clients, employees and customers revealed the reputation of the company as a trusted advocate who they could count on to support them and go the extra mile to champion their cause.
Their passion for helping people plays a key role in all facets of service delivery. They also are an important part of the fabric of the communities they serve, supporting free public heath events, education programs and a host of other value-added services.
The visual design concept for the logo redesign, the responsive WordPress website design and the on- and off-line collateral materials were built on these findings and is reflected in the use of emotionally appealing, people-caring-for-people imagery, depicting the many facets of the services IHMS offers.
Launching the new IHMS website and collateral materials provided a much needed update for the IHMS brand story—now accessible on mobile devices—resulting in presenting a much more cohesive brand image throughout all of their communication pieces.
